Orgreave Coking Plant Bollards...

Bollards with a connection to an industrial past/dispute...
Orgreave Coking Plant which certainly isn't noted for its bollards but remembered for one of the largest pickets mounted by the National Union of Mineworkers led by Arthur Scargill in 1984.

The three steel bollards stand on a path amongst green foliage and rather large stone/granite blocks. Hard to believe that close by back in 1984 this was a site of a major industrial dispute. Take a look at this link from the BBC Miners strike 1984 Orgreave coking plant and can I thank once again the @bathcat on twitter for this beautiful historical picture.
