The Bollard...

We are in Luton Town Centre thanks to @putting_gott who just happened to send me a couple of photographs of some new bollards that have appeared in the town centre.

The bollard pictured (above) is stainless steel and a cylindrical shape with a sloped top however the picture on the face of the main body is really interesting just take a look and read the caption on the picture (below) and then just wonder what the Police Officer must have been thinking at the time. I honestly think that sometimes it best to let a picture do the talking and thank you once again to @putting_gott on the twitter for an excellent example of a modern bollard with a mid 20th century story to tell.
